Chris Stevens

Attorney Chris Stevens enjoys helping clients navigate their way through family law matters, always remembering that it is important to listen to their particular needs and finding a way to assist them in having these needs met in the most amicable way possible.  Chris has experience in complex property disputes, custody matters, and divorces involving business interest. Chris graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in accounting prior to attending law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston. Chris graduated from law school in May of 2000 and passed the bar in November of that same year. Chris practiced as an oil and gas attorney prior to switching his focus to family and business law in 2022. Chris has since developed a passion for helping people through some of the most traumatic events that they will ever experience. Chris’s end goal is to make sure the client and their family make it through the experience as unharmed emotionally and financially as possible.  Chris endeavors to create final settlements that suits the client’s specific desires and needs. Outside of practicing law, Chris enjoys working out, travel, walking and volunteering with the Food Bank and various other charity organizations.
